Wolfgang‘s unique motivation is described by many to be an unstoppable force of positivity in self-driven growth in the rebranded use of his Romany Gypsy ethnic background that has become a trademark staple to his backstory in recent times both politically and in business. He explains extraordinary challenge’s he has personally had to overcome and how his community continues to thrive despite these social, political and business hurdles effecting their efforts. Wolfgang tells his story as an outsider author that has been forced by the nature of his life to self-develop unique mechanisms to break glass ceilings and to create new opportunities, many times from scratch in a manner that has become a lifestyle and business ethics mindset to compete with what he considers to be a fight for survival attribute to become the influential and financial success that he has cemented his legacy through his achievements.

Wolfgang was born in St John Wood London, and brought up in a quiet village in Hertfordshire called Goose Green for the first 15yrs of his life. He left school at just the age of 10yrs of age, as is common within the Romany culture to apprentice their fathers in business. His early participation in his families third generation wholesale business that was based in Enfield North London, learned him the important lessons he needed to become the entrepreneur he is today. Here is where he worked exceptionally hard to also create his own brands along side his family business, and furthering later in-fact opened his first own warehouse by the time he was just 16yrs old, with over a million pound turnover achieved with this basic knowledge he had accumulated through such lessons. This is foundational part of the generational wealth of knowledge, business experiences and ethos of hard working practices that has lead to the development of his highly successful progress that Wolfgang continues to build on today. 

At the age of just 17 years old, Wolfgang was then married within his Romanichal family community. At the age of just 21 years old, his ambitions continued to grow as he decided to expand further afield in immigrating to Dubai in the UAE, flowing in the footsteps of other family members that had already established similar business model’s abroad. From the UAE Wolfgang created several further large scale businesses regionally, and was involved in many international business ventures as well. At this point Wolfgang had grown into a position of turning over hundreds-of-millions of dollars annually, whereas Wolfgangs brand had developed into a huge success story for the British expat community, as was regularly featured in national news papers and trade publications in praising his ability to influence business opportunities to a degree of excellence. By promoting British roots focused support, working with groups such as UK Trade & Investments as well as many other trade delegations as aligned, Wolfgang managed to continue this level of growth on an upward trajectory in the region until his retirement back to the UK in 2019. Wolfgang had been recognised by countless interviews, publications reporting and articles on his achievement at trade fairs and conferences across the Gulf Region. As financial markets continued to become increasingly volatile and due to personal reasons Wolfgang in 2019 decided to return home. Once he settled back into the UK, he couldn’t help himself but to reinvent his passion for investing, growth and building of businesses, so from his new base in South Kensington London, Wolfgang once again decided to create further investment ventures of business activities from the UK in fields of expertise that he was very passionate about. This has lead to the successful development of his latest project (Romanichal Asset Liquidation Specialists) known as RALS, that covers a wide variety of sectors and industries of business activities that have been built around his unique trading platform of experience with trade results like no other in their respective fields, creating new benchmarks of success across the board.

Creative investment and development of trading businesses, is and always will be the foremost priority of Wolfgangs natural entrepreneurship ethos which continues to grow with every step forward.

On a personal vantage, Wolfgang Douglas is regarded as a family man of three children practicing the Christian faith, his conservative beliefs have lead him into business with a specific viewpoint that also led to him volunteering a large amount of time to many community projects including teaching religious education to children as well as other religious programs related to these topic, as well as a benefactor to several Christian organisations close to his place of home and heart. 

Wolfgang is heavily involved in the #FreeAlbertDouglas campaign as he was so personally effected by what has become a national headline story across the mainstream media referring to his own families cases, including many international news outlets across the world on the subject of Human Rights Violations of British Citizens related to middle eastern politics. Working closely with non-profit organisations such as Detained in Dubai as well as alongside the British Foreign Common Wealth Development Office (UK FCDO) in providing witnessed commentary and extensive media coverage in highlighting these issues as related in what has been a key focus of Wolfgang’s campaigning efforts, and continues to be one of his largest contributions towards achieving international awareness. Wolfgang has collaborated extensively with British government agencies and members of parliament to promote & facilitate the implementation of international Human Rights laws on behalf of his own cause as well as many others aligned with similar movements, including actions such as his self funded Special Rapporteurs at the United Nations (UN) Human Rights Council, international trade group boycotts and applications of sanctions. Wolfgang has been responsible for the arrangements of large scale peaceful demonstration protests across london such as London’s speakers corner and Parliament Square as well as being responsible in leading international trade and financial boycotts events of scale as related to Human Rights Abuses. 

Wolfgang is also a recognised spokesperson on behalf of his own organisations and ethnic minorities groups related to British Romany Gypsies and Travellers. His extensive knowledge and routes have also been a source of support and inspiration for many influential figures both within government and in business.

Wolfgang holds a wide range of organisational positions of leadership, including investment into a wide range of property types, businesses and development projects across the country. He is renowned for his leadership abilities in bringing together pooled resources and expertise of exceptional experience that has been proven to contribute positively in all areas of involvement in practice. Wolfgang also offers mentorship and has been a public speaker at many events around the topics of business development and generation. Wolfgang continues to provide support initiatives and programs support to empower young entrepreneurs to participate in business and to create opportunities. Wolfgang Douglas contributed to over £100,000,000.00 worth of positions held within his investment portfolio, with huge contributions from family pooled resources that share burdens of wealth distribution allocation and investment opportunities to unprecedented levels of success by such a young entrepreneur.
